Refund policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We follow a 3-day return and exchange policy, which means you can request a return within 3 days after receiving your item.
ELIGIBILITY for a return
The item should be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, tears or holes and with tags and original packaging.
The pick-up executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
PROCESS of Return & Exchange
To initiate an exchange, click the “Return/Exchange“ within Return Policy menu at the bottom of website homepage.
Once your request is approved, based on eligibility, you will get a mail notification, provided you have given your mail ID at the time of placing the request.
Once the above is in place, our logistics partner will pick up the product from the original delivery address. We will send you the refund or exchanged item, as per your request, once we receive the item at at our warehouse and find it in appropriate condition as mentioned above.
NOTE: Kindly refrain from sending any item to us without first requesting a return, as per policy.
REFUND
Once we receive and inspect your return, we shall mail to you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you shall receive the refund within 10 business days. Please note, at times, it can take some more time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing your order. After 12 hours, cancellation will not be possible.
You can write to our customer support team on contact@artanjali.in to request a cancellation.
You shall get a refund within 7 working days.
